Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10 1986) was a model turned actress from India who mostly was seen in Hindi movies. Ayesha Takia, who began her acting career with Taarzan The Wonder Car (2004) won Filmfare Best Debut Award. The actress then appeared in a number of popular films, including Paathshaala (2010) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007) and Socha Na Tha (2010). Her debut cameo was an advertisement for Complan, a well-known healthy drink. Shahid Kapoor was her co-star in their famous I'm Complan guy I'm Complan gal commercial. The remixed hit song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin is not unnoticed. The song's popularity in India throughout its remix phase brought her fame. Then, she began receiving requests for Bollywood movies. Takia had been scheduled to debut in Socha Na Tha due to production delays, was only made aware of Taarzan shortly after her first appearance. The moral compass of Ayesha was demonstrated by her slamming of her political father-inlaw Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party member Abu Azmi for his views regarding the punishment of rape victims. Ayesha declared that she was vegan when she was in a PETA India advertisement. She was ranked as one of the most Desirable Indian Women.
